Excellent chronic disease/autoimmune self-help book

Excellent book that is detailed and full of facts written by a person that follows the best science and top doctors in their field, but written so normal people can implement self-help solutions to overcome chronic disease and autoimmune issues. Excellent resource. Methods used in the book assisted me in overcoming my chronic disease issues and I'm working on overcoming the autoimmune issues now. Doctors may say there is no treatment but you can overcome chronic disease and autoimmune issues like I have done.

Dr. Daniel Amen is amazing and easy to learn from. Change Your Brain, The Master's Coaching Program is excellent and is filled with extremely valuable information that can help a person learn to overcome their chronic disease and autoimmune issues. I have been overcoming my health issues and I am enjoying far greater health while I enjoy food and so much more than I used to while losing weight without even trying. The body is designed to heal itself and nobody should live the rest of their life with a chronic illness.

Excellent resource!

Excellent book full of great information! Part of this book spoke volumes that I used to help a friend. Excellent all around resource.
