Pods are wasteful products, but these are a better kind of pod
I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from buy pod coffee machines because they produce an unnecessary amount of plastic waste, are expensive, support only a limited range of coffees and are not easier to use than other coffee makers (like a cafetiere or Aero Press). However, if you must buy coffee pods, these are a better choice because they are Fairtrade and use reportedly less packaging than previous versions. They are a delicious, bolder-tasting coffee and Cafedirect do excellent work to support coffee growers than similar products and is offered at a good price. If you're prepared to pay a hundred pounds or so for a pod coffee machine, then higher quality, more ethically sourced pods are just as affordable as the cheaper, potentially exploitive alternatives, so they are well-priced. But do the planet and yourself a favour and don't buy pod machines in the first place.

Durable, quality wipers worth the price
I've always felt like Bosch make more durable wiper blades than other manufacturers I've tried. A little more expensive, but worth it because they last so much better. I'm hoping these will be the same. Like all of this spec, they're easy to fit, too.

Super handy tool for the frequent brewer
Sanitising bottles can take an annoyingly long time, especially if you have large volume to bottle, and this product makes the process much quicker. If you're just starting out brewing, or aren't sure you'll keep up with the hobby then don't get one of these just yet. They are quite large objects to store (an odd shape, ~24cm tall and ~14cm in diameter), but if you brew regularly this is a great product. When used with no-rinse sanitisers like sodium percarbonate, sanitising bottles becomes a much quicker job. Highly recommended for the regular homebrewer.
