The bands come in a pack of three and each band is labeled light, medium, or strong offering different resistance levels! The bands come in a durable transparent bag which includes a workout poster that you complete with the bands.
It also comes with a black draw-string pouch, a workout guide, a link to a video, workout cards . Perfect for beginners and any other fitness level. You can use them above or below the knee, or down by the ankle.
These are so comfortable and so durable and they don’t roll at all while trying to complete a workout. And it’s great for hand-washing.
Cute colored bands to bring to the gym or use for a home workout. Looks exactly as advertised! Overall I am so in love with these bands and plan to use them in my home workout routine every day!
