Broken in transit
Unfortunately product arrived with broken plastic tap which was unrepairable therefore could not install had to purchase a new one. Quite possibly occurred during transit in post, it was pushed through letter box, so fell on floor, suggest lots of bubble wrap around the tap to protect it.
