Boiling wort
This unit with its large cast iron burner heats the wort fast so one needs to watch for boil over and turn down the heat. Not under powered and easy to set up the unit from scratch and attach 20 lb propane tank. Paint burns off upper part of unit and stainless steel would be prettier but expensive option.

Not strong enough
