Heavy duty - as it says!
I haven't actually applied these yet (they're going to under my kitchen island) but they certainly look like they're fit for purpose - and then some.

Just the thing to brighten up my monochrome kitchen. Really useful having a back on it too.

I already had the 30 day shred but wanted to ramp it up a notch which the others do!
I already had the 30 day shred and enjoy Jillian as an instructor - there's no messing about and not routines to follow so you don't get lost. Also there's no time wasting which means you just get the job done and get on with your day. The other DVD which I've been doing is harder and longer which is what I wanted - however you can pick and choose the mini workouts making it fit in with your timings.
