Great core work!
I bought this DVD because I love to exercise and I want to be sure that I have great variety available to me. Years ago, I enjoyed doing modern dance and I thought I could use a refresher on some warm up exercise. This DVD is challenging and an excellent tool for anyone who is serious about working on core strength and flexibility. The Lester Horton technique has helped me to improve balance and strength in other exercises that I do; I can actually feel the differnce it has made.

Mild Workout
This is a good workout DVD for a light workout or if you kind of need a "day off" from your regular routine. I'd say half of the moves could be done without a ball and would provide a better workout if you just used the floor and your body.

Good Overall Workout for a Rainy Day
I purchased this because it was a workout I used years ago and I literally wore out the tape! I like Blanks' balance of kickboxing moves, leg work and abs. It has been fun to have it among my choices for an indoor workout again. The "speeded up" segments are obviously faked, but I just continue at my workout pace and ignore that hype. Otherwise, this is a good overall workout especially with added ankle and hand weights.
