Great Enya music video
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich A beautiful, ethereal, wispy journey of romantic fantasy. Enya is an artist in every sense of the word. She is very protective of how she is portrayed to her fans, and for good reason. Her work is classy, and so is she. She has integrity, and demands that her work shows the same, with no compromises. I wish all artists had the same intelligence and honour, and were able to have the same control over their work. But not all artists have the talent of Enya.
This video makes me wish she would release many more, but Enya's guarded need for privacy and serious dedication to her work makes such gems sadly rare. Perhaps my only criticisms would be that there are a tad too many closeups of her face sometimes, as opposed to full body shots, a little too much green screen in favour of more 'real' sets, and I may like to see a wardrobe change or 2 in the course of a given song.
Many scenes look like watercolour paintings, which are great, but again, maybe a touch to many. There is one terrific black and white video that has the effect of seeing it on a cloth screen waving in the wind. Great effect, but it doesn't quite have the magical, fantasy inspired quality of the others, but I'll take it.
These critiques are minor, however, and my only great wish, again, is that there aren't more Enya music videos available, I'll take anything she has too offer with the confidence that I will always have the best quality, because Enya will put out nothing less. And so my only real complaint is that the videos that Enya has made are out of print. Note to Enya: Your fans appreciate you, please give us a litle more. If you can't make more videos, at least put the existing ones back in print. Show us you appreciate us too!

One of the best shows on TV!
Hilarious from the first moment. The chemistry is there, and the characters are involving and fully formed. The writing is first rate. It should have Emmys out the wazoo. Everyone can appreciate this show, but especially if you know anything about the 80s. Great show that just keeps getting better. Watch it from the beginning, time well spent!

Fantastic
Great book. Helped me with choosing fabrics to make one of my own costumes. Would have loved to have even more information on each costume, including all of the fabrics used for each part of every costume so one can sew their own, but I was glad for the information it did provide, and the photos were mostly pretty great and detailed. Great to read behind the scenes stories and hear from the costume makers themselves.
