Light Weights
So grateful to have this weight set! Thought the 3 lbs might be perfect for me at this point, but I started with the 2 lbs and really like them. I have issues with my wrists and need to be careful with them. I wear wrists supports and working with these weights is helping me develop some strength and tone in my arms.

Great Little Bike
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I've pedaled high quality recumbent bikes in fitness centers for years. This Sunny bike does not begin to duplicate those workouts, but it still has something to offer. The angle of the seat to the pedals seems to place extra pressure on the knees, it is awkward to try and do any interval training with the manual tension knob, and the pedal straps seems very short (I wear my thinnest tennis shoes and they barely fit, I'm guessing others remove or replace the straps). I've had to go slow and keep the tension setting low. I can see this being a good bike for recovery from knee replacement surgery. I appreciate how lightweight and solid the bike is. It is easy to move and doesn't slide on the carpeted surface where I use it. I am hopeful that the benefits of the bike will be greater than the drawbacks.

The Right Rack
Well made new stainless steel Kohler sink rack. Protects sink and dishes. Apparently this product has been discontinued as the sink style has been discontinued, making it difficult to find without buying from the manufacturer for a higher price.
