Unusual period to be covered in 54mm. Molded on Mahdi patches will definitely ease painting.

Worth the ticket for admission.
Not being an expert on civil war caissons I can't say that it is accurate. Good for soft plastic I suppose. The horses look more like fattened Shetland ponies than a US Govt mount. The three seated figures are decent however, the rifle the one is carrying should be a 2 band musketoon rather the infantry piece he is carrying. In addition to the artillerymen in the set there is included a sprue of US infantry which is a nice addition. All in all there's not much out there in soft plastic, and nothing better. So, that being said, it's a good addition to diorama makers like me who prefer the soft plastic figures of their misspent childhoods over the newer, more accurate multi-part figures flooding the market today.
