Excellent Book
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Excellent detailed breakdown of basic barbell training. For anyone who is afraid of the gym due to poor knowledge of form when lifting weights, this is your bible. As a physical therapist, I appreciated the in depth kinesiology that supports the decision making behind proper lifting form. Highly recommended.
