  Really wanted this letter Z. Asked if she would accept offer. I clearly stated that I would pay $90 including shipping. Accepted her offer of $90 and when I checked out I was still charged $3 shipping. I have the exact message stating $90 including shipping. Deceptive and would not buy from her again

  As I explained, offers affect item price, not shipping. The $3 shipping charge would still apply. You said you disagreed with this and had the option to withdraw. You complained but purchased anyway. There was no deception. You did not have to buy. Sorry.
