Definitive book on the Hellenistic Age.
Great book for anyone interested in what happened after Alexander the Great dies and the eventual victory of Rome over the Greek world.

Incredible book that is Relevant Today
This is one of those social commentaries written by the best writer of his times that is incredible journalism about events of the day. Yet, it is applicable today. Nothing changes, the same types of things are happening today and no one is really reporting on it. I wish Tom Wolfe and Hunter S Thompson were around and reporting today.

Best book for beginning Ancient coin collectors
Great book for beginning ancient coin collectors. Has some good information for more experienced collectors, as well, but aimed at those getting started. This is first of an excellent series.
