Great book.
This is is good book for beginners in dollmaking or people (like me) who haven’t made a doll in years and need a refresher. Happy with the purchase.

DollyBird is always a favorie.
I buy DollyBird only occasionally: it's expensive, I can't read Japanese, and I look for content on dolls I have or want before I buy. All the same, I get so much value from the beautiful photos and sewing patterns for doll clothes that it's worth the money. This issue has clothes patterns for a doll called Kikipop, who's a chubby little thing and hard to fit with clothes from other dolls. There are also lots of tutorials for doll hairstyles and accessories and toys to make, all easy to follow no matter what language/s you read. Remember that Japanese reads right to left, and you'll be fine following the steps.
