What You See Is What You Get
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This book is written by one man who put together all of the miners' stories of what led to the breach in the cave wall, all the way through to the final rescue. It is told in simple, straightforward language just as you might expect from these coal miners. I was very pleased the writer didn't try to intellectualize the book into something else. This is truly THEIR story, told chronologically as events occured. The book is a quick read, but a wonderful trip into their world underground. Personally, I didn't know anything about mining but learned quite a bit about it. Now, I'd like to read about....what happened to their lives after they got out.
