Good Value compared to the competion

I wish the Pentair write up said it included the hose to the wall with the wall valve and the back up valve. I could not contact the supplier to ask if it was included so I ordered the $180 hose separately so I had to return it and pay the $21 restocking charge. The unit occasionally gets stuck on it's own whip hose. The back up valve is not strong enough to set it free.

Great value for someone who doesn't need installation instructions or need any documentation on the purchase, i.e. warrantee.
