Poor instructions.

Maybe it works good but, can't be sure until a person knows how to work it. The instructions are barely understandable because of the broken English. Someone who knows American English needs to revise the instructions to stop all the frustration.

DOA

Pure junk. I should have tested it when I received it. But, regretfully, I set it aside. 2 months later I decided to install it. The brand-new pump doesn't run. Do not buy.

Ouch

Not sure it's worth 2 stars. I give it that because the WiFi works almost 100%. It's not 100% because it blocks an important VOIP protocol (SIP/UDP) which is needed for flawless internet phone service. Samsung either, hasn't figured out a fix, or for some reason doesn't want to. As far as the smart hub feature goes, the only device I have that stays connected is my ecobee thermostat. I connected the rest of my devices (all zwave) but they all disconnected overnight sometime. Added them again with the same result and now they don't connect at all anymore. The fact that all Samsung smart devices run on "zigbee" is probably why there's not much interest in fixing that either. Just to prove there is nothing wrong with my devices. I now have all my devices hooked back up with my old logitech harmony hub which works perfectly.
