This product comes with a lifetime service that needs to be transferred with change in ownership. He contacted me shortly after the purchase to explain the process and to coordinate the change with TiVo. He answered all of my questions and the product came as advertised. He seems to be not only very experienced with the TiVo products, but also an experienced seller, as he provided excellent customer service and just knew what was important.
