I have Hogue grips on all of my large caliber revolvers. The grips do not eliminate recoil, but they do make recoil very manageable. I bought this pair for my small J Frame revolver which is also an air weight so even with light loads the recoil is very noticeable. I immediately tried shooting this small revolver once I installed the grips, and again, they did not eliminate recoil, but made the revolver very controllable for follow up shots. I would highly recommend Hogue grips.

I would buy this item again.

I needed to re-thread a bolt on my outdoor sun house which got stripped during a heavy wind storm. I have a full set of standard taps and dies, but no metrics. I have used Irwin Products before, and I have always found them to be of high quality - this die was no exception. It quickly cut a new thread, and I re-assembled my sun house with no problem.

Get one if you reload.

I consider cartridge gauges to be essential equipment for those who hand load their own ammunition. I have one for every caliber that I reload. This is a well made and accurate gauge. I would recommend it.
