This book of Emblems is awesome!!! But no color pics !!

This book is a wonderful treasure of info on german uboat emblems and boats that wore them.Boat histories and people/crew who may have had the ideas behind some of the submarines emblems are included.Even has records of last commanders and the final fate and sometimes the number of those killed from there sub.Many unknown little facts and tid bits of stories from former crews and shipyard workers tell of info that is behind the scenes and add a personal background to relay the comradery of military naval personel.One bad thing about this book is that there are scores of misprints and typo errors throughout the book that is at times confusing to the reader.But most of the book comes through very clearly what it is trying to tell you.The biggest problem with this, is that NONE of the emblems shown are in color!!!!As a submarine modeller I got this book for that primary reason.But Iam still 95% happy that I found and accquired this mountian of emblems I didnt think was availiable .
