Muslce Milk Gainer and 32g or protein.
I only used the product for a short time so I have to weight to see results. Product has a good taste and is great with water. You don' t have to use milk to have a great taste. You have to use 4 scoops to get the 630 calories. So buying two at one time is best so you can mature over at least a two week period.
