ok with caveat
The quality is ok - the light is bolted to the bracket with tiny screws that might not hold up, but works ok. Main problem is, it's not an easy wire-up on a normal bike. There's 3 wire leads - ground, tail and brakelight. Just hooking the leads to a battery, they work fine. The led's are decently bright, and adding 12v to the brakelight wire brightens the led's quite a bit. However, on my Wr450, as most bikes, the brakelight is a separate circuit from the tailight - this unit uses the same led's for both functions, bright (brake)and dim (tail). Hooking this light up to both circuits on my bike produced a dead short, because tail and brake circuits need to be kept separate. So you have to settle for using one function OR the other - a running light OR a brake light - NOT both.
