  The item works great and my kids enjoy it. However, I wouldn't recommend this buyer. She seems to have sloppy shipping practices and her communication is frankly kind of rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking full responsibility for whatever shipping mistakes she made, she seemed frustrated with me as the buyer because she was losing money on shipping and I didn't do anything aside from simply trying to understand the best way to give her back the extra item she sent.

  I don't understand your negative feedback. I shipped your item. It was delayed by carrier with tracking number intact. I sent a replacement only to contact the USPS & find out the item was delivered to you. I asked you to simple return to sender & refuse the 2nd package so that I could receive it back, & you report me for sloppy shipping & being rude? You got 2 items, the original that you received & a second for reporting the item didn't arrive. How does this make me a seller you wou use

  Unlike what the seller stated, I did not report the item as not received due to a postal delay (which the seller knows). The tracking number she gave me clearly stated that the item had been delivered to a location in a different state. My assumption is that she accidentally uploaded the wrong tracking number (zero accountability). I donated the second item to a teacher per her recommendation because she did not want to pay return shipping. This is the worst experience I've had on eBay.
