It was still new, even though the item was created a little.

Outputs at 480p instead of 1080p.
This was a good product but it does not output at 1080p as advertised. Instead it outputs at 480p. There is small amount of constant background noise because of the analog to digital conversion. Besides these two issues, the adapter works perfectly.

Great working controller
The controller works great. There were some scuff and scratch marks on the bottom of the controller which are not shown in the photos. The small scuff mark on the left side of the controller makes holding the controller a little uncomfortable. Besides the scuff marks, the controller is in good working condition.
