  Seller is excellent and is very personable. You are able to work out a compromise with them that benefits customers as well as seller well. The only thing I didn’t like was that the pic regarding the outside of the bag where it’s worn off was not too much of an issue in the sellers pic however when I received product today it is way more noticeable when received and in my picture as shown. Should I have known that clearer up front I would have either bargained for a much lower price than $2.

  I am very concerned that there is a flaw in your bag. Each bag that I sell gets my undivided attention before I ever list it on eBay. I go over the bags inside and out to clean and refresh them before I do any repairs. I do not know how this damage occurred. Please accept the bag 'as is' along with a full refund. Perhaps you may get a bit of pleasure from carrying it! Best, Donna

  First time buyer here. I recieved my Marino Olandi vintage handbag well packaged and accompanied by its own dust bag. It is exactly as described no surprises here! Also, Donna has been lovely and communicative throughout. I must say I appreciate the care put into the items prior to purchase because my hand bag looks clean, polished and the leather feels soft and supple to the touch. It's such a simple yet gorgeous handbag and I would be happy to make future purchases from this store. Great job!
