  ❌ I received a stroller listed as "Open Box", but it was missing important parts. This was not mentioned in the listing. I initiated a return, but now the return is stuck in transit due to a FedEx issue — and I still haven’t received my refund. The seller has not responded or helped resolve the problem. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this seller.
