  Received the unit and initially had no audio. Reached out to seller and he immediately knew what was wrong and what the fix was. Low and behold, it was 100% my error and he informed me how I needed to use channel 3 audio instead of the normal output due to how the tape was recorded. Again, issue was on my side and he was amazing to help me troubleshoot my own issues. Will definitely buy from seller again! Fair pricing, quick replies and great customer service!
