  This review is not to be taken in a malicious way. Seller stated they had a medical condition that caused them to have someone else handle shipping. Slower Shipping time. 8 slabs were shipped. No team bags , no bubble wrap lose in box with a trash piece as “cushion”. Half of the slabs came chipped or cracked. Lost communication between seller and I once asked how to clear things up.

  I'm a paralyzed quadriplegic and was enduring a ton of chronic pain at the time. In the past Im the only 1 who ships out my sales but I had decided to start selling some products again to assist w/ OOP med expenses. I had a relative ship this sale and obv they did not package it the way I instructed. I feel terrible for this buyer so I initiated a partial refund and also messaged the buyer asking what I could do further to make this right. I kept messaging and received no responses. =/
