  I was so excited to finally get my package after moving the delivery day 3x. They are pretty and I’m ok because I bought them used. Silver marks on the bottom is to be expected. The two pictures I’m sending shows the unopened bowls and you can see the broken bowl and the next is what it looks like crumbled in the packaging. The others arrived fine and you did in fact wrapped them securely. I hope we can solve the conundrum and we both come out happy.

  We just read your feedback; never had seen it before via any emails from eBay. In that you issued us a neutral feedback and the breakage was obviously done by the shipper the best that we could have done was issue a 1/2 refund for the broken bowls. Did you file a claim with the shipper?
