  Sadly the bunny did not arrive that however is the fault of Royal Mail and not our lovely seller here who has been nothing but amazing while we deal with the ordeal. They did everything they could to find out what happened and where it went but unfortunately neither of us have heard anything back. The item was dispatched on time and I received the tracking for it quickly, despite our issue with Royal Mail I will be coming back here for more Jellycats in future!
