easy visual reference
Enables quick identification of icing tips. I could find no other on the market as comprehensive. The wilton nozzle numbers are not compatible with other makes of tube, however the excellent pictures show what each type of nozzle will produce and for beginners to the art of icing this is invaluable.

lightweight with great features
lightweight yet strong. smooth finish. can rest book at different angles. I also use it to angle cakes when icing the top

must have tool for fondant quilling
works very well with fondant especially 3mm width. I narrowed the tips with some pliers as I used 1 mm width fondant. Easy to hold and clean.
