  Responsive and nice, but packaging was not acceptable considering the delicacy and cost of the item. Box was not large enough for the item, packing material (small bubble wrap for an expensive and delicate percussion instrument) not sufficient, and (used) box was way too thin to protect the item (used box was originally used to ship light weight styrofoam containers). It survived but barely. Parts of the drum and legs were protruding through the box upon arrival.
