  Item was as described and the seller was very responsive to my questions before purchasing. They also sent a couple messages after purchase and during shipping just to check in - very good communication. The item was very well packaged and was in good condition. I appreciate the value on this used accordion. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again - the one bad review seems to be an outlier and seemed like maybe that person was having a bad day.

  Seller is very rude, calling buyer entitled because buyer wants to know if item is sent out. Seller did not ship out item in timely manner due to excuses of road work and states buyer is out of line for asking where is product- purchased on the 9/16 and did not ship til 9/20- Received 9/23.. Do not buy from this seller, seller does not appreciate business. Save the hassle buy from someone else
