The title sums up the book content pretty well, Los Angeles Classic Desserts.
The book has a lot of dessert recipes from restaurants that no longer exist, so you can still recreate these desserts at home. Book is well written and the recipes are easy to understand. The best thing about the book is that it has the one recipe I have been looking for everywhere, but could not find.
