Easy Installation
Easy to install. No need to remove rear seat or seat back, this new shelf just slid right in. I like the way you can mount your 6x9 speakers below the shelf and out of sight. It would appear that the holes/mesh might restrict the sound especially the high end but they sound good.

Not worth the trouble.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich These OER clocks look like perfect reproductions of the originals but that is about the only positive aspect. Be aware that there is a large protrusion in the case (see photo) that interferes with the mounting area of your instrument cluster. I trimmed mine with a dremel tool so it would fit but it was a delicate task. You do not see this hack after everything is assembled, but be aware.
Now for the clocks themselves. The first clock I bench tested before install and it quit within a few hours, second hand would still move but the hour and minute hands stopped moving. Re-set and the same thing. Returned that for another one and the 2nd clock bench tested fine for 24 hours. Installed the clock and 2 days later same thing, second hand would still move but the hour and minute hands stopped moving. Re-set and it would run for 8-12 hours and hang up again and again. I was VERY careful to make sure the adjustment knob was all the way in and not hanging up on the gears which could cause this symptom.
So after the 2nd one went bad I gave up and found and OEM (original Borg clock) and went back to that. Maybe some of these OER restoration clocks actually work but considering the time and effort involved in pulling the instrument cluster to replace these I wasn’t going to try for strike three.
