Hot flushes all gone
Absolutely chuffed, been taking these for 3-4 weeks & noticed after 2weeks that my hot flushes have gone, was getting night sweats too, and they have stopped as well, would definitely recommend, I used to take sage tablets but they didn’t work for me, these are brilliant, definitely give them a go if you are suffering.

Excellent
I ordered this item for my 50th birthday and was very very pleased, I put photos in the first few pages and then got my guests to message & sign on the other pages.
excellent quality, very unique, comes in nice box so can be kept afterwards, and I don't think you would find too many like it in shops, lots of guests commented on how lovely it was.
Would highly recommend
