Loose interpretations
Who puts mayonnaise in “salsa”!?! There are a few of those recipes along with puréed green peas. It is also a thin spiral bound book. I think you should look at other salsa books or go online for ideas before purchasing this salsa cookbook.

Not many recipes
A book that tells of foods eaten around the world with few recipes. Though it’s visually nice, it’s pointless if you want a cookbook
