  I noticed title of the listing didnt match the product within minutes of submitting an offer and immediately contacted the seller to decline my offer. They did not. The accepted it and then I submitted a request for them to cancel the order. Instead they labeled the order as shipped and that it was too late to cancel. I then received the incorrect item and proceeded to ask for a return again but the seller has a "no returns" policy. Thankfully ebay has stepped in and will be resolving the issue.
