Insufficient

Nice enough book, certainly good price. But I was anticipating more details about both Amish life, and more recipes. Also, the recipes listed required ingredients that would not be readily available outside their geographical area. This book is of excellent quality and craftsmanship.

This book just arrived today. - what beautiful book ! Nice hard cover book, and has quality color photographs ! I'm so glad I purchased this great book.
