I'll keep this pulley in my Parts Box for possible future use.
This is NOT the "Idler Pulley." This is the "Tensioner Pulley," and a brand new one is INCLUDED when you buy the necessary Belt Tensioner Assembly. If you get a "Rattling" noise at cold start, when placed in gear, or when turning on the A/C, the problem most likely is the Belt Tensioner Assembly. The internal spring wears out and rattles.

Cheap Chinese Knockoff, but it works.
The CHINESE manufacturer probably saved $0.25 by leaving OFF the necessary weights. This "Hovercraft" scooted along the bottom of the pool, about 2 inches off the surface, until I bought and installed TWO MORE weights. Now, it works pretty well. It came with ONE weight, which should be installed on the FIRST hose, definitely NOT the "Third hose" - according to the instructions.
