The World is Flat is a must read

American business is lagging behind in several areas and needs to catch up to keep competitive with other emerging countries.
Success stories on UPS, Walmart and Jet Blue, are extremely revealling.

Fantastic, the best solution I've found
These are the most comfortable and functional hands-free device I've ever used.
Because of their size, they are difficult to misplace. Since they sit on your shoulders there is no weight on your ears. The earpieces are held in place by magnets until needed. The microphone is easily positioned near your vocal cords so it picks up your voice well.
I haven't been able to use it with my PC yet, I've Googled it and it takes some configuration steps.
