The second mug was very well packaged similar to the first and coexisted in the same box. Unfortunately, the handle on the second mug was separated from the mug body and broken into 4 separate parts. I think this is/was a shipper issue and not the fault of the seller. I don't see a reasonable resolution without a major effort and possible postal insurance claim and investigation. BAD LUCK.
