  Packed extremely well but box has small 1/2" tear in plastic at top left front corner that I wasn't expecting. I don't remember this being mentioned in ad? I could be wrong. I do love the horse however and am sure he'll be fine. He might be with for so long that coming out of the box will not hurt his value. Shipping cost sucked with UPS but seller apparently had no choice. Great communication with her.
