Leaks gas out of the overflow constantly.

It's made well, problem is it leaks gas out of the overflow constantly as if the float is stuck. Tightened the overflow valve screw as tight as possible without breaking it but no change. I took it apart and the the bowl is not stuck. Unlike other carbs where the float is adjustable to make sure the needle valve totally closes when bowl is full, this one is 100% plastic and not adjustable at all. So, no way to stop it from leaking. I just tossed it in the garbage. Waste of time and money.
