A good quality product I have used before. Royal Mail mucked up the delivery, taking a week with no tracking information available. This is not the fault of the seller who I will buy from again.

Great Lock

As the title states, a great lock BUT not fitted to a vehicle. I wanted something on my workshop and as it has steel plates front and rear of the doors I wanted something that would be difficult to break off. This was ideal, so not just for van doors, works on Workshop doors as well :-)

It broke?

Fitting was not. Problem though the neck part was loose (it’s only a press fit) tried to tighten but it would tighten up enough to stop it from moving side to side. In the end it snapped at the thread. It’s now in the bin

Good and Bad

Good quality product, well made, good finish and the price was good. The bad being they are LOUD :-( The increase in wind noise is incredible, front two are really bad and sounds as though the window is open. The Volvo has always been a very quiet car and I git these to help have the windo open when raining (rain has a tendency to come straight in off the roof and windscreen) They do keep the water out but had to remove them after 3 days as the noise was just to much. The gap between the mirror and the wind deflector is very small and due to this when the mirrors retract the push up against the deflector :-/ Good product, good idea but the company making them should try a bit of R&D in a wind tunnel before selling them.
