Great tool for the money!!

Nicely made tool. Anodized aluminum which splits in half and has storage for the extra bits in the middle. Cutters all very sharp for good burr free cuts. The smaller bits have enough shoulder on them that you can chuck them in a drill motor without damaging the threads, if so desired. Sizing and chamfering crimped primer pockets are a breeze with this tool. I highly recommend this tool.

Good caster wheel.

I always approach china made stuff with extreme caution. That being said these seem to be of reasonable quality and will hopefully do the job for me. I made brackets and attached them to a five foot grader blade with the thought it would keep the blade from digging in deeper giving a more even surface instead of trying regulate the height with the 3 point control. I have also used this setup to remove snow and can adjust the wheels so the blade is above the gravel and therefore only pushing snow. So far so good! When I un-packaged them and spun the wheels they seemed to have a lot of shaft to hole clearance. I did not take one apart to see how it was made. I felt for occasional use these will suffice. Overall a good buy for the money and pricing actual bush hog wheels was very cost prohibitive.
