4 weeks, no changes noted
I took a 'before picture' and have applied Nectifirm twice daily as directed starting the day I received the order. No changes have been noted. Just did a double check before posting this review. I'm not giving up, as my neck may eventually firm up a bit. I'll at least finish the jar.

Just like Mom’s!
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. My mother had hers and it lasted well over 30 years. Since my sister “inherited” the family mixer, I purchased this one and look forward to keeping it in the family.
