RELIEF FOR ACHES AND PAINS
An MRI of my right knee revealed a small fracture of the kneecap. I live in a tri-level home, which means a lot of walking on stairs several times each day.
Since using these ICY/HOT PATCHES, my knee is much better. I change it off three times each day. I can almost hear my kneecap sighing in relief when I put a new patch on.
I highly recommend these patches. I bought several more boxes after discovering how much relief these patches give my knee. I am replacing it for the night now... it is 2:20am

The title is perfect. Tewa is one of the pueblo root languages spoken in the Southwest. Tewa, Tawa, Towa and Cresin, Zuni and Hopi are as distinctive as English and Japanese. Finding a book that reveals possibly hundreds of generations of tribal customs, songs and more, is a true treasure. A valuable resource for esearchers, teachers and especially to the casual reader looking for something that inspires without mumbo jombo. You will do as I have done, buy copies for friends, knowing they will love it too.
