Snow Dogs the Movie
I bought this movie to have at home to share with family and friends. It is very funny, in a delightful way. I find the adults are just as entertained as the children. I first watched this at our elementary school during a terrible weather winter when recess was gym or movies. It was a new movie then. Cuba Gooding Jr. and the dogs are sure winners. Now I have shared it with my grand daughters. Even better - most of the movie is set in Alaska so it is beautiful. The story is warm, silly at times, and plays on the mistakes people make out of love for family that can still have a happy ending.

Education for a new life style and better health
I found the web site first (RealAge) and then discovered there were books to support the web site. The first half of this book is education on how we process foods and how foods act on our health. Some foods are definitely more healthy for us than others. Although the Book is called You on a Diet, it is not about a diet, it is about making the thoughtful changes to daily choices that promote a lifetime of better health. Good food choices are matched with a "get your body moving" philosophy. I found this book an excellent resource for me. The book is not just for diabetics, but it supports a very healthy lifestyle for any person who is in need of change to their current way of living. For me, it has made a major health difference based on a better understanding of the nutrition process.

Improve your ring construction with this bench mount!!!.
Not like pictured or described, BUT excellent product, very pleased. Came with steel ring mandrel and a Garland rawhide mallet. Very nice.
