battery life

While I'm happy with the reception and it's technology, The battery life is a big disappointment.
The talk time on the set is only 6 hours and most times before one could speak for about 3 hours the Earpiece dies out.
Very very disappointing.
2. I gave one of the earpiece to my sister and it appears to be faulty.
Whenever she is connected through it the person will hear her clear but she won't hear them.
I connected it on my 2 phone and the same thing happened
It is of no use to me.
